Appointments

We offer integrative, person-centred physiotherapy assessments and support for people with persisting pain, fatigue & invisible illness. All services at Vive are delivered by online video consultation.

New Patients

All new patients to our practice require a comprehensive assessment prior to booking any standard consultations. Our Assessment Package includes three online appointments (2x 1 hour assessment sessions, and 1x 40min care planning session), as well as a summary report to be provided to you and your health care team. We can also arrange for more detailed reports specific to your needs (e.g. NDIS, DSP). See our Fees page for more information.

How does it work?

To get started, register for our online patient portal with your name, email and phone number using the link below. After accessing the portal, you will receive a welcome email that includes a link to complete our online registration form, as well as helpful information about our clinic. You will then be invited to book in for your free 15 minute intake meeting with one of our clinical team members. During this meeting we will chat with you to get a bit more information about your circumstances and discuss your needs (and answer any questions you might have about our service), and following this, will book you in for your assessment sessions with the most appropriate member of our team.

Existing Patients

Existing patients can book online, manage their existing appointments, and access and pay for invoices through our client portal. If you have not accessed the client portal before, you can register online at any time. When registering, please use the same details we have on file, so that your account links to your existing file.
